These terms govern your use of this website, cartsmith.dev, operated by CartSmith ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. Installing or using a CartSmith app is a separate relationship governed by that app's own terms — for Printscape, the Terms of Service & DPA — together with Shopify's terms, not by this page.
The website#
The site exists to describe our apps, host their legal and support pages, and run the CartSmith support portal. Content is provided in good faith and "as is": we work to keep it accurate, but we may change, move, or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
Support accounts#
The support portal signs you in with a one-time email link; keeping access to that inbox is your responsibility. Use the portal for genuine requests about CartSmith and its apps. We may limit, lock, or remove accounts and tickets that are abusive, automated, or unlawful, and we may refuse requests that would require us to act against Shopify's or our providers' terms. You can ask us to delete your account and tickets at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use#
Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt or probe it, scrape it abusively, submit spam or malicious content through the support forms, or misrepresent an affiliation with CartSmith.
Intellectual property#
The CartSmith and Printscape names, marks, and site content belong to us. Shopify and Printify are trademarks of their respective owners; references here describe compatibility and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
App terms#
Each app publishes the terms that govern its use:
Liability#
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website's content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes#
If these terms change, the update appears on this page with a new date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
